In the event of a Power Outage - What is your ETA?

"When I loose power, what's your ETA?"

.... customers ask us all the time and this is the million dollar question!

In the event of an emergency that affects many businesses, generators go fast.  Sometimes at the PREDICTION of bad weather, all generators can be rented.

We have alot of equipment between the Seattle and Portland. Problem is that usually storms hit both of us.  So equipment goes in both locations plus getting things up and down I5 during storms is sometimes tricky and transit times are unpredictable.

During wide spread outages, ETA to your location can change daily as equipment is rented out and locations of the next available generator changes.  As you can image, wide spread outages can consume generators in all locations and we would be looking into other states beyond Washington and Oregon - -  then the ETA becomes even longer.

..... all depends... all changes.

Because of these factors, some companies unable to be without power because of critical needs, either rent generators for standby in our lot to be call for when needed or have at their their facility, hooked up, ready for use during the winter months.  All depends on how much downtime a particular customer can afford.  The cost of a standby generator is not cheap but after weighing the downtime consequences, some choose to buy the "insurance policy" of a standby generator.

In the event you need emergency generator, you can call us at 425-235-3400, option 3. After hours, weekends or holidays, call our Generator Emergency Service 253-922-4779.  State you need a rental generator.  They will call our on-call emergency pager and locate someone to call you back right away.

In any case, we are here for you when you need emergency temporary power!
